Why do Excel start giving this error when I input formula: Microsoft Office has identified a potential security concern. You're pasting active content. Active content, such as macros, can contain harmful code. How can I proceed to use my formula on Excel. I am using MS 365

I get the same issue. I copy about 8 characters and paste it into a formula and get the error. No idea how a few characters can be "Active Content". I just click paste without active content, but it's a pain as I'm doing a lot of it!

Could you share a screenshot of that error? It will help to narrow down your issue.
