Hi,
We are using Service Manager 2016 in our environment.and is integrated successfully with Microsoft Application and ticket are automatically generated form these application.

We have some custom application, which are to be integrated with Service Manager, as there is no way to create custom connector for custom application.

My question is, can we create a SCRIPT in Custom Application to send logs to specific Email and the same email is readable by Service Manager and ticket is created automatically for these custom Application.
Is that possible if yes how can we achieve this task...Need steps.

Thanks & Regards,

    Hi @Asfand Yar ,

the System Center Service Manager – Exchange Connector connects Service Manager to Exchange Server for processing incoming emails related to incidents and change requests: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=101579
When yo search for it on the Internet you get some post how to install an configure like this: https://www.pei.com/scsm-exchange-connector/

    Regards,
    Stefan
