Individual 365 notes have disappeared from my android tablet. I see them but can't open them on Android phone. Help!

I'm very sorry to hear that your file was lost, and I very much understand how precious your notes are. And, I very much hope that your files can be recovered.

OneNote relies on OneDrive for synchronization, and the fact that your note snippet is not viewable in your Android phone may be due to an issue with the note snippet synchronization.

Since the OneDrive information on the web side best reflects the status of your files in the cloud, please log in to this site and check to see if the contents of your notes are complete.

Also, I would like to know if your notes are complete in your other devices? We recommend that you check the sync status of your notes in the device where you have complete notes, or copy the contents of your notes that are not synced, create a new partition/a notebook and paste the contents into the new partition/notebook, and check if the notes have been synced by using Notes in the web version.

Also, try changing to a different network/re-signing into your account in OneNote/uninstalling OneNote and reinstalling it to see if the notes sync properly.
