Hello rsn&,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community. We may need to troubleshoot this issue step by step.

You can start by opening any document, such as a Word or Excel document, and then clicking File -> Account - to see if the Get Add-Ins are clickable.

If the problem persists, check to see if you have turned on the Connect Experience in Microsoft 365, which has a significant impact on the Connect feature.

In the Microsoft 365 app, click on File > Account > Manage Settings” (under Outlook ‘File > Office Account)’.

Ensure that “Optional Connected Experience” is turned on.

Also click on File - Home to see if the Add-ins ribbon exists in the right navigation area.

In my test, if you search for “Add-ins” directly in the Word search box, you can usually select and go to the Add-ins get page.

Feel free to share any results with us and we'll provide further support based on the information we receive.

Best regards,

Ian - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
