Data Ptotection team contact
Is there any way to get in touch with someone who has a contact with the data protection team? It is so frustrating. I am the IT director for a school district and for years we have been using the login of '******@myschool.org' to login to the volume license center and the office 365 portal. I did have some O365 A1 licenses and some office A1 Plus licenses. I understand that the A1 Plus licenses were sunset Jan 1st.
Recently I lost contact with the portal. It immediately says there is something wrong with my login '******@myschool.org' (even before it asks for the password). I bought some A3 licenses but I cannot login to my portal. I called my supplier (CDW) and they said it looks like my domain has lost contact with the tenant and data protection would have to fix it. I placed in a ticket a week ago, and nobody seems to be able contact the team for even an update on the ticket. The Microsoft rep at CDW says there is nothing they can do even though they have placed my licenses into the 'myschool.org' domain. I don't have the abilityto assign them.
Thank you.
