Installing RSP gives SQL Native client error

Hi,

I am trying to add a second Reporting Services Point to our existing Endpoint Manager environment (v2006). SQL 2019 and SSRS has been successfully installed on a separate DB server for this. When I add the RSP it starts off OK and creates the SMS folder on the C: drive of the SQL server, but then I get an error in the srsrpsetup.log saying that the srsrp.msi could not be installed. The only clue is this error:
SqlNativeClient is already installed (Product Code: {9D93D367-A2CC-4378-BD63-79EF3FE76C78}). But to support TLS1.2, a new version with Product Code: {B9274744-8BAE-4874-8E59-2610919CD419} needs to be manually installed
Any idea how to do this? I have SQL Server 2012 Native Client v11.4.7462.6 installed and have tried in vain to find a download of any newer version.
Second issue is that the reports folder (SMS_SRSRP) is not created on the C: drive where I want it, but is instead being created on the L: drive where my SQL log DBs are created.
