Microsoft 365 Developer Profile Error & Navigation

I received the Welcome Email for my Microsoft 365 Developer program enrolment on 10 Dec 2024. But, I am only able to view the deleted profile done by Microsoft on 28 Mar 2024. Kindly assist as I can't access the new profile created, download and install the Office developer apps, or navigate to Dev Portal.
