Help with Microsoft 365

I am having a terrible experience with Microsoft 365. I have attempted for two hours now to find support through Microsoft and have yet to be able to chat with or speak to someone to help me. The online support information is not adequate for my problem. The last attempt I made to call I was told by the automated voice that my phone number would be removed from service by Microsoft. I purchased this product and have for many years. I need support for the product. I was able to request a call back on the support page. When I answered the phone, it asked me if I was OK with the call being recorded which I responded to and then the call Disconnected. Now I am unable to get to that same requested call back option. I expect Microsoft to stand behind their product and give proper support and that is not connecting me to a virtual assistant that tells me to search your articles. I'm extremely disappointed by the fact that there is no possible way to speak or chat to in Microsoft representative. It's completely unacceptable.
