Hello BrianaOwen,   Welcome to the Microsoft Community. Thank you for your support of Microsoft products. To transfer your subscription from Windows to Mac, you first need to confirm the source of this subscription.

If it was purchased separately by you, then you can contact support for a transfer license. Please refer to:

Transfer your Office license to another device or another person - Microsoft Support

And if it came with your Windows device, it can only be used on your current device and cannot be transferred to Mac.

    Contact support:

    • Go to the following Web site: Contact - Microsoft Support.
    • Enter the keywords of your question in the search box, for example, "subscription/refund" and select Get Help.
    • Select Contact Support (sign in to your personal Microsoft account).

    • Under Products and services, select options related to your product, like Microsoft 365 and Office.
    • Under Category, select Manage my subscription.
    • Go to Confirm.

Please Note: The Chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you. Best RegardsEliac.S - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist

On the new system having uninstalled the pre-installed O365 Family trial, then access the MS Account associated with your O365/Office purchase, install, if a lifetime licence version, de-activate the old install first. https://office.com/myaccount
