I share my subscription with my family and we are normally all able to see and edit files from our laptops. Now although I am sharing from my desktop, they are unable to edit from their laptops. They can see and edit if they are on line, but not offline. Please can someone contatc me.

Are you saying that your family members' Office installations have become unlicensed (that is, do you see an issue with sharing your 365 Family subscription)?

Or are you referring to problems sharing a specific file between different users?

The buyer owner of o365 send the sharing link to the other family members, they uninstall any other office version inc any trial before running that link

Are you saying that one Fam member want to use a laptop and desktop?
