I want to create an option in Bookings where there are multiple dates to choose from. For each date and time we are going to allow multiple participants to sign up for that date and time, however I want to limit participants to only be able to select one date and time. Once they have selected their date and time they cannot choose/register for another one. Is this an option?

For example if I choose to have a reoccurring event on a Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday where we would allow up to 7 individuals to sign up for the same date and time, but I want to ensure the individuals can only pick ONE of the dates available. They can't choose to be a 1 of 7 for each of the three dates. Is this limitation possible?

    Dear MKUAB,

    Greetings!

Thanks for reaching out to this community.

Based on your description, I understand your query about Bookings.

According to Define your services in Shared Bookings | Microsoft Learn, you can adjust the Maximum attendees per event settings when setting up new service to restrict the number of attendees. And it doesn't appear to be built-in option/setting to ensure the individuals can only pick one of the dates available
