Help creating folder and file from MS forms using power automate

Hi, so I’m an absolute newbie and would like help with power automate. I’m using MS forms to save health questionnaires from multiple companies. To reduce admin time, I want to save individual responses to a folder in sharepoint. I think I can use word template to do this. But I want PA to create a folder using the company name specified in the form, and use the employee name as the file name. Is this possible?
