Azure: Create New Virtual Machine button does nothing

Question

This has been a problem for a while now whereby for whatever reason I can't create any more VMs. I thought this might have been some service outage but it seems eternally broken.

This button does nothing, and the 'Create' link under the 'Create a resource' section displays those 5 little dots dancing at the top of the screen and nothing happens again.
Has this happened to anyone else, and does anyone know how this is rectified?

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A. I just tried to repro the issue but it is working for me. I don't see any service outages. Are you still not able to create the resource ?
Can you try using Private Browser Window ? or clear the cache ?

If you are still not able to create , try to capture the browser traces to find out where exactly the request is blocking from Azure Portal
