    Hello, Gurneet Singh Sidhu

Thanks for your post in Microsoft community.

I realized that you have a problem with canceling a Microsoft 365 subscription which you do not needand you want to get a refund. I understand how you feel.

    To cancel subscription:

    • Log in to this website with the account which is related to the subscription: Microsoft account | Subscriptions
    • On "Subscription" page, find your Microsoft 365 subscription and see if there is a cancel option.

For more information, see Cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription - Microsoft Support.

Typically, there are two privacy guidelines restrict this community support for now:

    • Privacy and Security. Financial and subscription issues often involve sensitive personal information that should not be shared publicly on forums.
    • Access account information. Community agents do not have direct access to users' subscription details or billing information. Therefore, we are unable to verify payments or make changes to your accounts. This information should be left to Chat support and be in an individual window.

If you encounter a problem while canceling this subscription or want to get a refund, I sincerely recommend contacting Microsoft Online Chat Support to assist you and avoid your personal information being revealed in this public forum.

I will guide you to the right place.

    1. Visit this website: Contact Us - Microsoft Support.
    2. Click the upper-right corner and sign in with your personal Microsoft account. Image
    3. Enter your issue in the search box. For example, subscriptions/invoices/refunds.
    4. Click Get Help, then click Contact Supp ort at the bottom of the page. Image
    5. Under Products and services, select Microsoft 365 and Office.
    6. Under Category, select Manage my subscription.
    7. Click Confirm. Image
    8. Select Chat with a support agent in a web browser. Image

Please note: The Chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I hope your problem will be resolved successfully.

    Best wishes,

Lucia Wu - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
