OneNote Quick Notes Save Location

I am having trouble syncing my Quick Notes, and it seems like the file path currently on file is maybe nonexistent or inaccessible. it is currently set to this location starting with "https://d.docs.live.net/" and I am not sure how to change that to, for instance, somewhere in C:\Users<my user name>\OneDrive. I would like to change the entire file path of the save location, but I cannot find a way to do so via the Save & Backup settings.

Is there a way to do this on PC?

When I try that, it doesn't seem to replace the beginning part of the URL. Instead of a location starting with like C:\Users<my user name>\OneDrive, it just uses https:://d.docs.live.net/.../Documents/<Notebook Name>/Quick Notes.one. I don't know if that is even a valid location.

This is the correct location on OneDrive.

Quick Notes location should never point to your computer (this was only allowed in the old days before OneDrive, until OneNote 2010).

The settings you mentioned are the right place. You have to select an existing section in an existing notebook as target:
