Good day,
I have a problem, all of my microsoft office products have suddenly stopped working and showing me that i need to purchase a new licence. when i log in to my microsoft account it shows the licence that expired in 2024 but i was charged for 2025 and paid in full. I have invoices to prove this. They dont even show in my account. i am not sure what is going on.
I had 2 licences under my account: Microsoft 365 PERSONAL and Microsoft 365 Family.
Please i need help.

Have you uninstalled any pre-installed o365 Family Trial version?
