End Users getting 'Error' message when booking a time in Microsoft Booking

When using Microsoft Booking and sharing Personal Booking Page (with meeting time options) with end users .. they receive an Error message. Prompting that the booking was unsuccessful. A time is actually being booked, and as the owner of the Booking Page - I am receiving a successful booking email with the booking populating into my calendar.

Is this a system wide error/issue?
