Problem accessing Microsoft365 sharing TraceID: LvMQ5YzQqUqUkEDe.8.66

Hi,

I am trying to access my subscriptions page so that I can share my 365 Family subscription but it refuses to load the relevant info. Other tabs on the account open fine but the Services & Subscription tab won't load. I have tried on Chrome and on Internet Explorer on my PC and on Chrome on my android phone but the problem remains. This has been happening for at least 3 days. The error code is: TraceID: LvMQ5YzQqUqUkEDe.8.66 - image also attached.

My subscription is up to date and paid for annually - last payment April 2024.

Any help greatly appreciated.
