I have 2 step and App login.

And using the Android Outlook and OneDrive app

Today when i was in checkin mail i had verify my account, but my private valve was gone, i could konfigurer a new one.

When i check my computer everything is normal and no unknown login attempts.

So i log out on the Android device, and in again nothing change still no private vault....

What goes the "Restore OneDrive in settings do?" (In the Android app)

    Onedrive 7.23

    OnePlus Nord CE 2

    OxygenOs 13.0

    Still not working here ,all other files syncing normally

    At OneDrive.com and fine explorer things are normal.

    We understand that you are having trouble accessing your Personal Vault in OneDrive. I understand how you feel and this is indeed a troubling issue.

    We have received feedback from some users that the issue has been fixed and can be accessed normally, so we recommend that you try opening the Personal Vault again in OneDrive.com or File Explorer to see if it can be opened successfully.

    In order to better solve your problem, I need to confirm the following message. 

    What is your OneDrive version information and phone type?

    Whether the issue is resolved or still exists, please reply to share your experience with us and help us understand the latest progress of this issue.
