    Dear Kyugmmin Park,

Good day!! I hope you are doing well~

As per the description shared, I understand your concern, but I would like to confirm the following information which will help us to better understand and guide you further:

    1. The account you are using “*kmpark@ar*****.onmicrosoft.ccom”*belong to the organization K**G or you are an external user of the organization K**G?
    2. URL or application you are trying to access from the organization K**G?
    3. If you are the external user of the organization, can you please contact the IT admin of the organization and ask them to check whether your account is present in the Azure Active Directory as a Guest User?

Note: Generally, the error message you are encountering generally occurs, when the account you are using to access the shared services or application doesn’t present in the organization.

Our sincere apologies for not resolving the problem in the first reply but answers to the above queries will help us to better understand your situation and guide you in the right direction.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

    Best Regards,

    Sophia
