    • Please confirm if all available global admins in your organization can't access the admin center as you currently do. if is not the case, kindly double check your permission
    • To determine if the issue is related to your browser cache, try changing other browsers or opening your browser with InPrivate mode, then sign in to the Office 365 portal http://portal.office.com and click the Admin button to see if it makes a difference.
    • If that's okay with you, try changing a different network environment and then see if the problem goes away
