I added a font to the Word font list which worked perfectly when I used it a while ago. I have somehow edited the font itself, so whenever I choose it, it automatically ads the letters 'AV' underneath the other letters. I have uninstalled the font and reinstalled it, but it still does the same. I went into previous saved word docs on my computer, where I used this font and it has now added 'AV' to those docs. As I mentioned the 'AV' sits underneath the other letters so I can't just delete them. I went into the font settings but can't see where I could edit this error. Would anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Could you upload a screen shot of what you see?

A sample document might help as well.

    Hello,

Sorry for the late response, I found your reply in my junk folder. Please see my explanation below. I cannot understand what I did as I have used the font before and never had this issue. Appreciate any ideas for a fix.
