Onedrive Full

Hello,

My OneDrive is saying its full when its not. I am unable to save my files because OneDrive tells me I don't have any space.

When I right click on OneDrive in my file explorer and click properties, It tells me I have 68.2 GB in my OneDrive, and when I go to the properties of all my folders in OneDrive I only have 68.2 GB worth of files.

However when I go to my account under the OneDrive manage panel, it says I have 1,026GB of 1,024 GB.

On the web version of OneDrive it says I have 0.00GB free of 1024.00 GB, but the file sizes on the web also amount to 68.2GB

I've tried unlinking my account and relinking it, reinstalling OneDrive. I did some research online and it told me to try resetting OneDrive with "**%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset"**but it didn't work.

Already check at both Recycle Bin - empty

Any ideas/help is greatly appreciated.

Dear Mohamad Farid Bin Johari,

Good day!! Thanks for posting your concern in this Microsoft community.

As per the description shared, I understand your concern and to my knowledge, I would like to convey that the OneDrive size showing on the synced folder is not the actual size of the OneDrive for Business because the OneDrive synced folder doesn’t show the size of the version history of the files.

So, to check the accurate storage of the OneDrive for Business, we need to go to the Storage Metrics in the browser:

Open the OneDrive for Business for the browser> Settings> OneDrive settings> More Settings> Storage Metrics> Documents> Check the storage of the each file and delete the versions of files which are not required.

Post deletion, please delete them completely from the first and second stage of recycle bin for OneDrive for Business.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

Best Regards,
Sophia
