Im using a Mac and recently my smart paste option has stopped automatically formatting my pasted text...can anyone tell me if this can be fixed as it's a seemingly small issue, but I have to copy and paste dozens of times in a single document and it was so nice when it auto formatted

This is a design change which I understand was motivated by popular user demand.

The solution is to assign a custom keyboard shortcut to any of the paste commands you use frequently.

thank you so much...I did not realize that "option-shift-command-v" currently was/is the keyboard shortcut for paste and match style; I just made it command v for me....I appreciate the help!
