How can create a macro that will print to a specific printer and paper size.

I am in a retail environment. I have a "Cashout" workbook that has 1 sheet per day of the month. We have 13 employees and they are all on one sheet. I am trying to make two buttons that will

  1. print/save a selection to a pdf on letter sized paper
  2. print a selection to a specific printer on a statement sized paper (5.5x8.5)

I created two macro buttons but if I print to paper then try to print to PDF it goes back to the printer. It basically prints with the last print settings.

A bonus would be to figure out how to list all the cheques taken by each clerk and the admin in the list of cheques section.
