Problem with Excel

Hello, I am new in this community. I have a problem with Excel.

I use O365 and Windows 10 and the pc is a Japan language based pc.

Some days ago there has been a big updating from Windows and from this moment if I open an already existing Excel file and save it, when I open it all the style changes I did (like dimension of columns and cells, colors, grids...) desappear, it is like the file became "raw".

Another singular fact is that the file font became a japanese font.

I hope I could explain my problem. What can it be?

Thank you very much!

o365 desktop updates internally and not via win update

In any component > File > More > Account> Update options > Update now, does it?

And if a branded PC update Bios/drivers via that makers support site

Any help?
