    Hi Vicky,

    Good day to you!

I hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out to our Microsoft Community Forum. We will be happy to help you.

I understand the inconvenience you are experiencing. According to the error message, you are experiencing a sync issue in Excel, and the person mentioned in the error message is you. This can be caused by different reasons, such as network issues. In this case, I recommend you try the following steps. See if the issue still occurs. You can share the results/information with us, which will help us narrow down the problem.

    a. Due to the sync issue, I suggest you click "Save a Copy" to back up your changes.

    b. Close all workbooks and quit Excel

    c. Press Win + R to open the Run dialog box. Paste the path. Delete the folder "0"

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\OfficeFileCache

    d. Run Excel and open the workbook. You can manually copy/paste your changes from the backup file to the shared file.

If the issue still occurs, as you mentioned "Refresh issue with multiple users", I recommend you temporarily delete this file and then restore it from the recycle bin (making sure everyone has saved or backed up their changes first). Later, please open the workbook and check again. This can help us to troubleshoot if the file is stuck in the background.

If the issue persists, I would like to know your Excel version and Subscription Information. You can click File> Account and check the relevant information as shown below. If other users are using a different Excel desktop app, please provide their Excel version and Subscription Information as well.
