This community does receive feedback from users who have had difficulty contacting Microsoft Support, and it appears that you have experienced the same thing. I completely understand the inconvenience this causes.
However, this community is also a Microsoft support community and we provide support by responding to user questions. If you are not experiencing a problem that requires an authorized tool, such as a billing invoice refund or other type of issue, but rather a Microsoft product specific inquiry or need for technical support, then we can try to advise you.
The problem seems to be related to Home Office? You can also create a new thread in this community with a detailed description of the problem you're experiencing in the title and body, and select the correct application partition (e.g. Word/Excel) and platform (Windows/ Mac/Android). If necessary, please provide a screenshot of the issue so that the community can better understand the problem.
We may not be able to help with issues where Microsoft Support cannot be contacted, but what we can do is provide you with the best help we can from the community.
