My picture or video presentation is starting to collapse again and must be continually reset

Is it the communication app Zoom? Or PowerPoint or another app?

I was under the impression that MS Community handles EVERYTHING but MS Outlook. If not, where do you get support for Windows? Please define WHERE you get support for other than MICFOSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS?

The forum in which you posted is primarily for questions about Microsoft Office products and services (subscriptions and one-time purchase versions).

Zoom control not working. after I open an email my screen colapses to the upper left corner. I was able to get the MS xommunity ,essage open but my PC is npt stable enough to respond. I can use the mouse wheel and hold the ctrl key down and expand it,but it doesn't hold. When I try to use edge the screen collapses into the middle. I have used the more key and the double headed arrow, - and +, reset button, and the slide bar in the system tray and i am unable to keep the screen open. I have tried seven to reply to there message but my screen won't stay expanded long enough to reply
