The SharePoint List Layout cannot reponsive when using group by

My SP List suddenly haven't work with CSS flexbox property (flex-wrap: wrap) in the recent time. After debugging, I realized that the rows can not shrink when I use 'group by'. Please show me how to fix this issue.
