MS Certification Confirmation

Hi Microsoft,
I recently completed and passed my Microsoft MD-100 exam. Do you send out confirmation emails that says that I have completed and passed my certification. If you do, can you please send me a confirmation email saying that I have passed my exam. If you can do that, would be much appreciated
