    Dear jerry Alvarez,

Hello! Welcome to the Microsoft Community. I'm glad to be able to assist you.

It looks like you created a new local user and want to delete the original administrator account? Please correct me if I understand it wrong.

I understand the trouble this problem brings to you, and I will try my best to help you.

I want to know if the "secondary user" you mentioned is the administrator account? Is the "administrator account" you want to delete your old account? If so, try going to "Settings", "Accounts", "Other Users", select the previous old administrator account to delete it. Can it be deleted normally?

In addition. What is the situation that the "administrator" account you mentioned is blocked and does not accept the password? Under what circumstances does it happen? Can't log in on the login interface? Can you tell me the detailed error message?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Best Wishes
