Missing 2nd One Drive Folder - Please Help

I used to have 2 One Drive Personal folders (not sure why) containing different files because I used them intermittently. I had to perform a restore on my laptop due to performance issues and when back up and running only 1 One Drive Personal folder appears. I can please use help in finding the missing folder. I was only logged into Microsoft with the same email address. There are no other accounts associated with my account.

If none of the above options work, it is recommended to contact the OneDrive support team directly to recover your data as long as they still have your data retained:

Need to make sure you visit onedrive.live.com using your browser - click on the link - and it will automatically bounce back to your OneDrive web side and allow you to send the email.

O365 Pers/Family has only the single OneDrive

If you performed a reset of the laptop did you then reinstall O365? https://office.com/myaccount
