Programatically how can i enable this option "maintain compatibility with previous versions of word " while saving document?

Hi Team,

                 In VB.net struggling to remove compatibility off while saving word. I have manully tick and convert Compatibility mode then it was working. but, if i want to do it from vb.net c# then it was not working. Please provide me any suggestion.
