Unresolved issues

To: Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to express my deep anger and resentment regarding two ongoing issues that have severely disrupted my productivity:

  1. The shared folders issue in OneDrive, which has been unresolved for nearly a year.
  2. The lack of IMAP support in the New Outlook together with the way New Outlook was forced upon me.

These issues have caused me a great deal of wasted effort.

Looking at the numerous complaints already in the Community is seems that MS has forgotten how to develop and test reliable software and abandoned its MS365 paying customers in favour of investing in fancy AI products.

I am looking for Microsoft to prioritize and fix these issues quickly.
