I sent a link with like a spreadsheet to my sibling that was saved on my one drive, but it was a school account, I don’t have the spreadsheet anymore and didn’t think I would need it, but now I do, but since then, my school account has been deleted. Is there any way I can still access the spreadsheet with the link that I had sent to my sibling at all?

    Hi Dear,

Greetings! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I truly appreciate you bringing your concern to us, Upon reading the description you have posted; it seems like you’re trying to access the spreadsheet that you sent via link to your sibling and now you don’t have the account access**. Unfortunately, if your school account has been deleted, it may be difficult to access** the spreadsheet through the link you sent to your sibling. The deletion of the account usually removes access to the files tied to it, including shared links.

I have some suggestion provided below its can be help with low possibility:

    1. Ask Your Sibling: If they opened the link, they might still have the file in their browser history or downloads folder.
    2. Contact School IT: They might recover the account or file if it was recently deleted.
    3. Check Your Email: Look for the file in the email you used to share it.
    4. Check Your Device: Search your downloads or temporary files for a cached version.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out again with more detailed information so we can better understand your concern and assist you more effectively.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

    Best wishes,
