I noticed that you can access the web side Teams app normally.
First I want to confirm that you downloaded and installed Office applications through the following connection:

If you've downloaded and installed the Teams app using the link above, and you're still getting errors when you log in, I need to confirm your device's operating system so I can further investigate your problem and advise you. Different operating systems handle this in different ways which is why I want to collect operating systems.
I also want to make sure that other users in your organization (your colleagues) are experiencing the same situation.
