Through which URL link does a non-Sharepoint Site owner manage Group permissions?

I am aware that Site owners can manage permissions through Advanced Permissions: https://OURCOMPANY.sharepoint.com/sites/CUSTOMERNAME/\_layouts/15/user.aspx

I am not sure where non-Sharepoint site owners need to navigate to manage their group permissions? Is there a "Group Permissions List" that I need to give the group access to?

Real life user example:

  1. As a Sharepoint site admin, I created a group called: xxxxxx Admins
  2. I add xxxxx to the Group xxxxx xxxr Admin
  3. I create an additional group called "xxxx" and make "xxxxxxx" the admin of the group
  4. When Marjorie navigates to https://OURCOMPANY.sharepoint.com/sites/CUSTOMERNAME/_layouts/15/user.aspx she does NOT have permissions.

-> How can Marjorie add new users to the "xxxxx Users Group"? Which URL link does she have to navigate to?

Appreciate any help!

Or do I need to give the "Wellness Warrior Admin" group Sharepoint site "View" permissions so that they can access the link to manage the user group permissions?

    Dear Franziska Ibscher

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. I am happy to help you.

I would ask you to navigate to the SharePoint Administrator Center, find the corresponding website, see if the group you created has administrator rights, if not, grant administrator rights and then see the results:

If users in the group are still unable to access the rights management page after you add it, I would like to confirm that this phenomenon is occurring in a particular Site?

I look forward to your reply. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,
