    Dear 🌈 ✨Kittikeee✨

Thanks for raising your concerns in Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I understand that you are unable to try Microsoft 365. It is suspected that the date of birth set in the account is wrong. I understand your feelings, and this problem is indeed troubling.

First, we can check the date of birth of the account. If it is set as a minor account, you can modify it manually.

    • Visit [Account Homepage], log in to your account, and a prompt window will appear: Image
    • Scroll down and click**[Learn more about parent/guardian permissions]** Image
    • On the new interface, click**[Update Account Information]** Image
    • You can then reset the date of birth of your device account Image

You can then try to purchase Microsoft 365 again. If you still can't purchase successfully, don't worry. Although the Microsoft Community is a public platform and cannot handle issues involving private information, such as accounts and orders, Microsoft has an independent real-time communication platform that can handle issues involving privacy. Therefore, regarding your needs, we recommend that you contact the platform to assist with trial and purchase.

I have taken screenshots of the key steps to make sure you are doing it correctly. You can choose to chat with support one-on-one online or wait for a support specialist to call you back:

    5. On the Category tab, choose [Manage My Subscription] or other alternatives.
    6. Go to Confirm.
    7. You can now choose the option of [Chat with a support agent on your web browser].

❗Tips: If after completing the above steps, the page is not available, it may be a day or period off, and it is recommended that you contact them during the working hours requested by the page.
