I am using the 2020 Microsoft Picture app for viewing the pictures I have.
Recently, using the app program, I experienced the slide show page moved back automatically even I never touched any keyboard button-that is, the program showed me the picture I've seen just before the one I'm looking at now.
In addition to that, sometimes the picture is turned when I did not anything like touching the key board and the mouse at all.
I'd like to know that why this kind problems happen and how I solve the problems.
I'll be appreciate if you tell me at leat what possible causes existed.
