Concurrent user limit for sharepoint list (Office 365)

Dear Team,

My query is on SharePoint list (Office 365 version).

Q1: Maximum number of concurrent users can work on a SharePoint list?
Q2: Maximum number of concurrent users can edit a single item/record in a SharePoint list?

This is an older thread, but still relevant as it is not easy to find search results that are credible and verified by MS. From our experience, SPO list items are very sensitive to EDITS by multiple users to a single item (many to one) and will throw an error upon SUBMIT/SAVE. We've tried to explore PowerApps to create apps or use the form editor feature - all with errors upon SUBMIT. I am not sure what the magic search criteria is to find this documentation, but I can only offer our account of what is possible - or not.

As far as I know, there is no limit to the number of users working on a list or list item at the same time.

Currently the user limitation is 2 million per site collection.
