Authenticator - lost previous device

Hello,

I have a problem with my authenticator app. I don't have access to my previous device anymore. I can log in to my outlook but can't go to security details to delete the previous device, because it wants the code from the app. What can I do to get access to my account back?

    Hello Pawel,

I understand you want to remove a device that was previously setup for your account MFA. In order to do that, you should log in with another admin account, go to the account's Authentication methods, then remove the device from the list.

Alternatively, reset MFA for the affected account, so no device is able to complete MFA for the account, then setup MFA using your preferred device(s). Please note that is it recommended to have at least two authentication methods per account.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks.
