Create Azure Container Registry

Hi,
I have trial Microsoft Azure Devops account "serakuz888"
I tried to make an Azure Container Registry.
I get a number for Subscription.
But i cannot press the "Save" button (button is gray).
And it also says that no registry was found at the top.
What did i do incorrectly?
