MicroSoft 365 Activation code not wokring

I purchased microsoft 365 from amazon.in like i did over last few years. but this time the code isnt working. the seller says talk to msft and msft it not reachable. I'm getting an Authentication Invalid Error. What can I do pls. i'm locked out of my account.

    I understand that you purchased Microsoft 365 from Amazon but are experiencing activation issues. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

    I wish I could resolve your issue, but Microsoft has stated that if you purchase Microsoft 365 from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly to manage your subscription and billing
