Long mail delivery

Hello. There is 1 Exchange server 2019. Sometimes emails come in an hour or two later. Sometimes right away. How to diagnose?

    I saw in the get-queue that performance problems on the S:\Q drive

    I expanded the disk space there and the delays disappeared. It was 700Gb of 11.5TB

    Take a look at the message headers first for a message that is taking a long time.
    That will tell you where the delay is.

    I see that Edge sent to the Mailbox server with a delay of 45 minutes. I don't know how to fix this.
