Two passwords with the same gmail

My Gmail address that's linked with this Microsoft account has two different passwords and I lost connection with the Gmail but am still logged in with Microsoft can I recover the Gmail?

    An email account cannot have two seperate passwords

    The MS Account used/created in an office purchase is associated with the mail account used in that purchase
