iPad OneDrive upload while offline queue failure?

When uploading a photo while offline, OneDrive will queue the upload and wait until it has an internet connection to upload it to my OneDrive. Over time, it seems like this queue system has failed and the photos I have taken are not in my OneDrive.

Does OneDrive also store these photos locally while it waits for an internet connection? Can I still access these photos that failed to upload or are they lost forever?

    Hi Tyler C_032,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I realize that you've encountered a problem with iPad OneDrive upload while offline queue failure and I understand how you feel.

In OneDrive, when the photos you take are offline, OneDrive will save these photos locally on your ipad and queue them up for the internet connection to be restored, once the device is reconnected to the network, OneDrive will try to upload these photos, the upload queue fails, and the photos will still be saved locally on your ipad until they are successfully uploaded. You can view these photos on your iPad and they won't be lost, as long as you haven't deleted them or cleared the cache of your OneDrive, it is recommended that you check your iPad, make sure have a stable internet connection, and check the OneDrive status regularly to make sure that all the files have been uploaded successfully.

    Best Regards,
