I am facing an issue where I am unable to enable SMS sign-in for a user because the phone number provided is conflicting with another user in the tenant. The error message states that "the phone number cannot be enabled for SMS sign-in because the number is not unique in your tenant."
I would like to know if there is a PowerShell command that could help me search for this phone number and identify the user to whom this number is currently associated, so I can resolve the conflict and enable SMS authentication for the correct user.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
