I have documents not syncing to OneDrive online.

I have had this problem with two Word documents that have a Table of Contents. One is 127 pages long and the other 575 pages. The documents do not contain graphics or images. The 127-page document is 184 KB. I preface with this because I have had no problems with smaller documents that don't have a Table of Contents.

I do not have internet disruptions.

I keep up on my Windows updates.

This experience is causing me to not trust OneDrive.

    I understand that you are having problems synchronizing your documents. I fully understand how it feels to encounter such a thing and, at the same time, I hope that your problem is resolved successfully.

    In order to help you better, I need to ask you some questions before I can give you specific help.

    I would like to know what version of Office you are using, the way to check the version of Office is as follows:

        *Open any Office software (e.g. word, excel) and click on File - Account in the top left corner - Version info on the right.* 
    

    If possible, you can post a screenshot of the version info page in a follow-up reply.

    As well, I would like to know how you synchronize your OneDrive files.

    ->If you are a Microsoft 365 user, are you using the Auto Save feature?

    ->If you are not a Microsoft 365 user, are you editing the file in OneDrive afterward, then saving it, and then waiting for OneDrive to sync the file?

    Also, I would like to know if your OneDrive is sending any error messages and alerts?
