about 8 months ago, I was able to print envelopes but have been unable to do so for a long time now. I either have a MS problem or printer problem. When I ask the programs to print an envelope everything appears set and ready, however, the printer (Brother MFC-L67500DW) prints the delivery address and the return address on an 8.5 X 11 sheet of paper. Has anyone else had this experience?

You need to be selecting the correct tray in your printer settings.
You may want to install a second copy of the printer driver and make the settings in the driver to go to the tray holding envelopes, Attach "envelope" to the driver name. Pick that as the printer to use for envelopes.
